A Letter from the Founder

When I started Moore Maintenance, it wasn’t because I needed another service to offer. It was because after years of working inside people’s homes, I kept seeing the same things break in the same ways. I’d get the same calls, month after month, from different homeowners who were all dealing with the exact problems that could have been prevented with simple routine upkeep. It became impossible to ignore.

We dug into the data too. Our team researched the most common home insurance claims and compared that to what I’d been seeing out in the field. The overlap was huge. Water damage, neglected systems, small issues that quietly grew into expensive disasters. From that research and experience, we built a maintenance plan that actually helps homeowners avoid the big stuff. Not theoretically, not someday, but in real, practical ways that save money, stress, and downtime in your own home.

Another thing kept standing out. The average homeowner would have to call four or five different companies just to handle the basics: filters, detectors, caulking, vents, seasonal prep, safety checks, you name it. Each one comes with its own trip charge and its own schedule. With our subscription, everything is centralized. Eventually, that costs you. I realized I wasn’t alone in that. So in many ways, I created the service I personally needed.
