Think of this as a monthly health checkup for your home — designed to give you peace of mind, protect your investment, and help you avoid unexpected (and expensive) repairs down the line.
As your home comes out of winter, we refresh key systems to get everything running smoothly again—cleaning dryer vents, inspecting exterior caulking, and flushing the water heater, along with a full set of other spring readiness checks.
Warmer months put your home’s ventilation and efficiency to work. We clean bathroom fans, tune HVAC or mini-split filters, and inspect interior caulking as part of a broader mid-year maintenance bundle that keeps everything operating at peak performance.
With colder weather on the way, we prepare your home for the wet and windy season—cleaning gutters, installing frost protection, and checking door and window seals, plus a range of other fall safety and weatherproofing tasks to get your home winter-ready.
During winter we focus on protection, safety, and insulation. We test shutoff valves and detectors, review attic or crawlspace conditions, and confirm cold-weather systems are performing properly—in addition to several other winterized inspections that safeguard your home through the freeze.

One of our technicians will perform the work relevant to the month, measure sink cabinets for protective silicone mats, place moisture sensors and perform a thorough inspection of maintenance areas covered by this plan.
They’ll be scheduled automatically based on our routes, but if you need to make a change just shoot us a text and we’ll find a time that works.
Get a discounted rate for repairs because you’re a subscriber and priority scheduling. If we can’t handle your request, get access to our trusted list of vendors.
The basic plan is set, but if there are additional items you would like taken care of we are happy to customize a plan to meet your needs.
Visits are scheduled to be 2 hours. Some months, maintenance doesn’t take the full time, so we’ll work with you on a “honey-do” list to use that time up.
Nope, our technicians know your home and as long as you’re comfortable, we can complete the work while you are away. Snowbird? Leave with some peace of mind and receive updates from the tech at your home with a report of the visits.
